We hand pour all our candles and products with love, so once your order has been placed we will get started on it.

Shipping will take place within 1-3 days.

We offer a flat rate of $10 shipping up to 20kg or free for orders over $100.

We use Australia Post and Sendle (Couriers Please, Aramex Couriers).

We do not offer returns on change of mind. In the unfortunate event that there is any damages in transit please contact us immediately at hello@knoxandko.com.au
